As players enter the U11–U12 stage, they begin to transition from foundational development to a more competitive and structured phase of their soccer journey.
These years often bring new distractions—school schedules, social activities, and other sports or responsibilities. At Charlotte Rise FC, we understand this, and our mission is to support young athletes in maintaining a healthy balance between soccer, school, family, and friends, while continuing to train with purpose and chase their goals.
With increased focus, intensity, and commitment, CRFC’s U11–U12 Soccer Academy Teams are designed to help players rise to the next level—technically, tactically, and mentally—while still having fun and staying grounded in the joy of the game.
Year-Round U11 and U12 Soccer Training
June to May
• Included Seasons: Fall, Winter and Spring
• 2 Training Sessions per Week
• Weekend League Games (approx. 11 per season)
• Minimum of 2 Tournaments per Year
• Winter Indoor Season Included
We provide flexible practice locations and times to accommodate busy family schedules.

Each lesson is shaped by what’s expected from top U11-U12 soccer academy teams in Charlotte NC, and prepares players for the long game.
Summer (June-July)
Throughout the summer teams will meet for informal/optional practices and scrimmages one to two times weekly.
Winter Season Highlights for U11–U12 Soccer Academy Team Players (December–February)
- 6-week Winter Indoor Futsal Program
- Age and ability-appropriate, tournament-style futsal games.
- High-energy competition in a fast-paced, engaging environment.
- Rotating teams and matchups.
Players are grouped by age, skill, and physical development. The winter season supports progress in areas such as understanding U11-U12 soccer rules, decision-making, and teamwork
