Rise FC Disclaimer

Last reviewed: June 2026

This page explains how families should use information published by Charlotte Rise FC. It applies to the Rise FC website, Learning Center articles, program pages, registration pages, field information, and related online content.

General information only

Information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is meant to help families understand Rise FC programs, youth soccer development, registration options, camps, fields, and common parent questions.

Website content should not be treated as a guarantee, contract, legal advice, medical advice, or a replacement for direct communication with Rise FC staff.

Program details may change

Program dates, times, locations, age groups, prices, registration availability, field assignments, schedules, and formats may change. Rise FC works to keep public information accurate, but families should confirm current details before making registration or attendance decisions.

If an older article differs from the current program or registration page, the current program or registration page should be treated as the most up-to-date source.

No guarantee of placement, selection, or outcome

Participation in any Rise FC program does not guarantee team placement, Academy selection, playing time, improvement level, tournament participation, scholarship opportunity, school-team placement, college recruitment, or any specific soccer outcome.

Player development is individual. Each child grows at a different pace based on age, readiness, effort, attendance, coaching fit, physical development, confidence, and many other factors.

Health, safety, and participation decisions

Families are responsible for deciding whether a child is physically and emotionally ready to participate in soccer activities. If a child has a medical condition, injury, recent illness, heat sensitivity, asthma, concussion history, or other health concern, families should speak with an appropriate medical professional before participation.

Soccer involves physical activity. Risks may include falls, contact, soreness, sprains, dehydration, heat-related illness, and other injuries. Families should follow current program instructions, field rules, weather guidance, and safety updates.

Registration forms, waivers, and policies

This website disclaimer does not replace any registration agreement, waiver, code of conduct, refund policy, privacy policy, or other written policy that may apply to a specific Rise FC program or event.

When families register for a program, the terms and forms connected to that registration may contain additional requirements or conditions.

Weather, field, and schedule updates

Field conditions, weather, school availability, and operational needs may affect practices, camps, games, and events. Rise FC may adjust or cancel activities when needed.

Families should check current club communications, registration pages, emails, TeamSnap updates, or other official channels for the latest operational information.

Third-party links and external sources

The Rise FC website may link to external websites or reference outside organizations for educational context. Rise FC does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or accuracy.

Outside sources are included to support parent education. They do not replace current Rise FC program information.

Learning Center content

Learning Center articles are designed to educate parents and players. They may explain soccer development, program fit, training concepts, tryout preparation, camps, age-stage growth, or other topics.

These articles are not promises about an individual player’s path. They are meant to help families ask better questions and make more informed decisions.
